The Hell Gate

One of the large facility in Neutral Area. Hell gate is prison, and lab for mystery knowlodge. There is no explain who build this facility, but there is a famous Leader knows as Dea. The facility itself currently for criminal around Neutral Area. The Central Goverment usually send super criminal to it. The interesting fact about Hell Gate is a mini portal behind this facility that's look like black hole. The gate even keep the massive black hole to sucked nearby material so the facililty remain safe from it. Due black hole, the time inside prison actually differenet from real world. One year in it same as one day in real world.

Location
Only certain person know the location of Hell Gate, even the goverment itselft have no idea. But according the popular book Hell Gate located in horrible sea know as Maelstrom. It's aboout 5000 km from Nothern Part of Neutral Area. Only certain mobile unit can reach Hell Gate such as supership, Airstrip, or Arbalest due the horrible weather in Maelstrom. The Hell gate located in middle of Big Sea Hole.

Facility
There is at least 5 big facility in Hell Gate
1. Harbour
It's a place for aircratf and ship landing on Hell gate.

2. Inner Prison
The prison when super criminal catagory lockdown in here.

3. Side Prison
The prison when regular crimial catagory lockdown un here.

4. The Stadium
This place is for criminal for enjoy environment, it also has football stadium, baseball stadium, Large Park, etc.

5. Black Hole
It's place when black hole that lockdown by imposibble gate.

Organization
The Hell Gate Leader know as Dea, she is 400 years old girl (20 years in real world) with super fiction power. It almost imposible even the prisoner has super power to escape. For more information about Dea see here. Every Floor that contain 10 jail has 3 guard each. The guard wearing black jacket and bring something like guitar behind them. Rumor say it's railgun and other deadly weapon to chase prisoner when trying escape. There is also unkown old man that stay in the camera security room.
Security
Every 20 regular criminal is guarding by 3 guard. For super criminal or who has fiction power has their own private 3 guard. Each corner of this place has camera security are included toilet even it's controversy. The Hell Gate also surrounded by Doom that know as EMP Shield. Only people or material that also contain EMP that can pass it. It's nearly impossible to escape. Also when the condition is very dangerous rumor say that the Leader, Dea will release the Gate so Black hole sucked all the facility and people inside it if the super criminal trying to escape, but the guard and Dea it self remain save because the has something called White Watch to push them far far away from Black Hole even it's has chance 50:50 only.

The Greet Escape (containt spoiler)
Even it's imposibble to escape, there is a moment when super criminal has unkonw name almost kill Dea and escape with his mate. It's happen on Arc Jungment Day. unknow prisoner with no name has ability to penetrate any material so he not affect by Stone Watch (stone that can absorb fiction power from the owner) and can release other criminal included Beats that has power like super human, super regenaration, speed of light, maximum pressure punch, etc. Because he can penetrate material he not affect by anything included Dea Railgun and Dea Orange Leaves. He also has chance to emerge Dea Body, hit the Vital part so she will die. But his plane interupt due Sagara appear. The Unkonw name Prison also release 4 Most of Super Criminal like prisoner who can create Dynamite and has instant explosion, Beast the super human, Prisoner who can turn anything become puppet included human so he can control it whenever he want, and the last is prisoners who mastered the wind element so he can turn himself to wind that cannot touch by Dea. The combination of them make Dea almost dead. Additionaly Dea tried because too busy a day before. Sagara appear when the unkown named prisoners almost emerge Dea Body. Then Sagara kill 3 of 4 Prisoners because Sagara has skill that can deal with them. The Dynamite man actually is easy to take down because he doen't have blink or other escape mechanisme. The Beats is very dangerous opponent, but Sagara quickly take the Dea Railgun fire it on any spot, meanwhile his another hand keep fire his ability Blue sky. Even he has super regenaration if he has no body, he dead. The Puppet man also no has escape mechanism, his puppet even cannot hit Sagara because Sagara keep blink and absorb damage from his puppet with Blue Sky Shield. When the puppet master trying to turn he to puppet, Sagara Quick Pull him to his own mark that make himself turn to puppet. The Unkown Prisoner is very dangerous. He can avoid Sagara Blue Sky, but he cannot escape from Sagara Sena Cannon. Sena Cannon has same way like Black Hole, suck the unkown Prisoner abilty and his self. When the prisoner confused, Dea shoot her blast to him that make him dead. The wind master also die by Sagara Blue Sky Earth Fury, this abilty has more damage if the enemy can travel fast like wind, actually this ability like Dea turn oppenent Power to abilty owner.

The name of Maelstrom is a place for sea that has storm and big wave no matter what season
Dea actually Sagara's Youth Class when in Blue Sky Junior High School but they keep realitonship just like normal person who meet random person for spesific reason.
Railgun is weapon that shoot deadly pierce leuser instead of reguar bullet and can penetrate human body. Person who's hit at vital power almost guaranted dead.
